Port Forwarding on MikroTik Router

In this post I will discuss Port Forwarding for Remote Desktop on MikroTik Router. First of all you need to login to hyour MikroTik Router via admin user. Here are steps to follow;

1) From left pane and click option "IP" then click on "Firewall" option from same pane, you will see different tabs in right pane. From that  tabs you need to click "NAT" tab showing fig below ;


2) Now you will click "Add New" and you will see new window, here you have to choose different options like choose "Chain" to "dsnat", protocol to 6 TCP or TCP, "Destination Port" to the External Port which in our case is 3389. Select "In Interface" as the PPPOE dialer interface which our case is "PPPOE-Out1" showing in image below;




3) Further scroll down to the option "Action" and select "dstnat", in "To Address to the LAN side IP Addresss of the machine which in our case is 192.168.1.2 and "To Ports" internal port which in our case 3389 showing image below;
