How to get Shutdown/Restart option in Remote Desktop Connection

I often connect Remote Desktop to work remotely but sometimes I need to Shutdown or Restart my machine. For this purpose when i click on start button of Windows i get only two options Disconnect or Logoff but not Shutdown or Restart. You can see in image below;

To resolve this issue I normally use option Alt + F4 buttons and in this way i get all options Shutdown, Restart or Logoff etc you can view in image below;
